Good morning!
Today let’s introduce the standard size stock of the S-TEN® series
(sulfuric acid / hydrochloric acid dew-point corrosion-resistant steel plates and sheets)

今天是關於S-TEN®耐硫酸・鹽酸鋼材系列定尺庫存的介紹

The main purpose of the S-TEN series is used in:

  • The flue-gas treatment facility (such as chimney) of coal-fired boilers and waste incineration plants, etc.
  • The part of hydrochloric acid pickling tank, sulfuric acid tanks, etc.

As mention, the S-TEN are mostly used in large-sized Equipment. We conjectured that the un-cutting standard size material is directly used in lots of cases.

耐硫酸・鹽酸鋼材系列鋼材主要使用在以下:

  • 石炭火力鍋爐和廢棄物燃燒設施等等的排煙設備(煙囪)等等
  • 鹽酸洗槽、硫酸槽等等

如同上面所提到,S-TEN系列鋼材大多使用在大型的設備上,實例上,直接使用標準尺寸素材的案件不在少數

The standard size material stock is as shown below. Of course, as focusing on layer cutting process, we can also supply the product after cut-processing.

目前標準尺寸素材的庫存狀況如下表所示。當然，敝司以雷射切斷機工為首，也可以提供切斷加工後的服務。

The sheet size of the S-TEN1、S-TEN2 is the same as below:
Thickness＝3.2～9mm
Width　＝1524mm
Length ＝3048mm and 6096mm
Regarding the length, it’s possible to provide the specified length based on your demand with sufficient time. (Details need to be discussed.)

S-TEN1、S-TEN2的尺寸同下方表示
厚度＝3.2～9mm
寬度＝1524mm
長度＝3048mm and 6096mm
長度的部分,若是能提供足夠的工期,有可能提供您指定長度的鋼材。(詳情視個案情況而定)

S-TEN 在庫規格

The difference between S-TEN1 and S-TEN2 is the depend on the temperature of using environment.

至於要採用S-TEN1 還是 S-TEN2 則是跟據使用環境的溫度而定。
