Introduce the S-TEN1 S-TEN2 (Sulfuric Acid and Hdrochloric Acid Dew-Point Correcsion-resistnat steel) S-TEN 系列鋼材介紹

Today we want to introduce the series of  S-TEN®.

今天來跟大家介紹S-TEN 系列鋼材

As the original products of NIPPON STEEL AND SUMITOMO METAL.

The Sulfuric Acid and Hdrochloric Acid Dew-Point Correcsion-resistnat steel is mainly used in follwoing case.

• The flue-gas treatment facility (such as chimney) of coal-fired boilers and waste incineration plants, etc.
• Hydrochloric Acid pick-ling, Hydrochloric Acid and other tanks.

耐硫酸・鹽酸露點腐蝕鋼板是屬於新日鐵住金的原創商品, 大多使用在:

• 石炭火力鍋爐或者是廢棄物燃燒設施等等排煙設備
• 鹽酸洗槽和工業硫酸槽等等的材料

Merit of the  S-TEN

• With similar strength, workability, weldability compare to the general steel
• More economical than stainless steel
• With a rich product line rang from hot -rolled sheets (plates), cold -rolled sheets and pipe and tubes to welding  materials.

S-TEN 鋼材的優點

• 等同於一般鋼材的韌度、延展性以及熔接性
• 相較於不銹鋼的更具經濟性
• 冷軋鋼板、熱軋鋼板、鋼管、熔接材料等等多種類的型態

There are two standards of S-TEN.　Both of them with the advantages of the sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid resistant characteristic.

The expression of JIS standard as following :

• S-TEN1　⇒　JIS　G　3106　appropriate for SM400
• S-TEN2　⇒　JIS　G　3106　appropriate for SM490A

Therefore, the tensile strength of S-TEN2 will be equivalent to 50kgs of steel.

S-TEN系列材質有兩種規格。兩種都具有耐腐蝕的特性，以JIS規格來表示則如下圖所示

• S-TEN1　⇒　JIS　G　3106　適用於 SM400
• S-TEN2　⇒　JIS　G　3106　適用於SM490A

因此，S-TEN2的抗拉强度相當於50KG的一般鋼材

In Kumagai , we will recommend to classify the S-TEN1 and S-TEN2 according to use environment.

• S-TEN1 ⇒ use for  normal temperature (under 300℃)
• S-TEN2 ⇒ use for high-temperature (300℃~500℃)

在熊谷特殊鋼,我們推薦以使用環境來分類S-TEN1以及S-TEN2

• S-TEN1 ⇒ 適合於一般溫度下 (300℃以下)
• S-TEN2 ⇒適合高溫環境(300℃~500℃)

Although the S-TEN1 with the sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid resistant characteristic, but it will become fragile in the high-temperature environment. Therefore we will recommend the S-TEN2 for using in high-temperature environment such as flue-gas treatment facility.

雖然S-TEN1具有耐硫酸酸的特性﹐但是在高溫環境下容易脆化，因此若是要使用在煙囪設備等高溫環境下，我們會推薦同時具耐高溫性質的S-TEN2
